Due to the fragile nature of our handmade ceramics, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or general dissatisfaction. Each piece is unique, and we take great care in packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Please Note:

• No refunds or exchanges for reasons such as "I don’t like it" or "change of mind."

• We do not accept returns to avoid further breakage during additional shipping.

• We encourage you to carefully review all product photos and videos before purchasing. Extra videos are available via our Google Drive link or by messaging us directly via Instagram DM.

• In rare cases of damage upon arrival, a refund may be issued only if, you provide a clear unboxing video (from unopened package to full inspection).
