- Where do we deliver? We deliver across Australia and New Zealand. We provide options for pick up at Melbourne CBD (5 minutes from Melbourne Central). We'll contact you after checkout address details.
- Who can I contact for a quick response and more information about the products? For quick responses and more product details, please contact us via Instagram DM. We’re happy to provide videos and answer any questions you have!
- Can I buy the whisk or chasen stand separately? If shown as a set in the photo, they are only sold as a set and not available separately.
- What are the care instructions to maintain the products? All products are not microwave and dishwasher safe. Although all product go through a very high temperature firing. By doing this just to mantain the life span of the product better.
- What happen if the product comes to me damage? As we mentioned on your prior purchase, if you would like to claim damage complaint please provide unboxing video of the products. If there is no unboxing video, we can't proceed to issue the matter.
- How can I claim damage product? Contact us on our DM Instagram for fast response and we'll assist you with the whole process.
